Health benefits of the Yogurt.


Yogurt is a calcium power house & a source of a high quality protein. It is an excellent source of vitamins & minerals. Every healthy eating pro loves yogurt and for good reason. It is a fermented food produced by culturing cream milk or both with a bacterial culture that contains lactic acid.

Simple Indian recipe using yogurt:
A chilled glass of Lassi made with yogurt to cool down on hot summer day.

How to make Lassi :
Just crush ice cubes in a blender. Add the yogurt, water, salt or sugar.
Blend for about 1min.
Serve chilled.
If you are making salty Lassi you can add masala like roasted cumin poweder and rock salt.
